ARTICLE 1 - PREAMBLE

Yves-Michel Verres organizes an ambassador program (hereinafter referred to as the Ambassador Program), in order to promote its services. This operation allows a person called "Sponsor" to present another person with a real estate acquisition project called "Godson" by transmitting his contact details to Yves-Michel Verres and to collect in the event of the effective realization of the acquisition of a property real estate through Yves-Michel Verres compensation under the conditions defined below.

ARTICLE 2 - DEFINITION

For the purposes of these conditions, the following terms shall have the meaning set forth herein:

-Godson refers to any person who has never used the services of Yves-Michel Verres (whether a transaction has been concluded or not), contacted by aGodfather in the context of a close personal relationship and whose contact details have been collected by the Sponsor in a fair manner and in strict compliance with the provisions of Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to information, files and to freedoms.

-Godfatherrefers to any person participating in the Ambassador Program who has transmitted the contact details of his godchild in this context.

​

-Participant refers to any participant in the Ambassador, Godson or Sponsor Program who has accepted these Conditions

​

-Site means the website accessible at the addresswww.ymv.fr as well as any other site operated by Yves-Michel Verres.

ARTICLE 3 - IMPLEMENTATION

This sponsorship scheme is in place from January 1, 2022, without time limit, Yves-Michel Verres reserves the right to interpret, modify or terminate this sponsorship operation, in whole or in part, without however, prejudice the rights of the Sponsor for the sponsorship(s) in progress prior to the modification or interruption of the said scheme, provided that the modifications in question do not result from legal obligations. The eligibility rules for prospects, Sponsors and products as defined below may thus be subject to modifications, deletions, additions in compliance with the applicable procedures and legal provisions.

ARTICLE 4 - CONDITIONS OF ELIGIBILITY OF THE SPONSOR

Any natural person residing in France, of legal age, having the capacity, authority and power to act as a business provider, on an exceptional basis, with Yves-Michel Verres can become a Sponsor. The Sponsor acknowledges that the service he provides is of an occasional and incidental nature and cannot constitute a main professional activity. The Sponsor acknowledges that it is strictly forbidden to sponsor any legal or natural person exercising a commercial activity in the field of real estate or with which he has no direct personal relationship.

ARTICLE 5 - CONDITIONS OF ELIGIBILITY OF THE SPONSORED

Any natural person, major, having a real estate acquisition project, and who has never used the services of Yves-Michel Verres, namely (without this list being exhaustive):

​​

• contacted Yves-Michel Verres through the website ww.ymv.fr or by any other means: by telephone, by post, by email, by sms or by social networks by leaving his coordinates

• fill out any form on the site

ARTICLE 6 - MODALITY OF THE AMBASSADOR PROGRAM

The Godfather sends the contact details of his Godson having a real estate acquisition project via an online form on the sitewww.ymv.fr or by any other means. Yves-Michel Verres reserves the right to contact the Referee again for check their contact details and specify their project.

ARTICLE 7 - VALIDITY OF THE AMBASSADOR PROGRAM

The sponsorship begins after having completed the said online form or transmitted by any other means the information concerning the Referee.

Sponsorship can never be retroactive.

The Sponsor's compensation will only be due in the absence of any competition or participation of an intermediary, professional or not, in the presentation of the Sponsored Child, who could therefore request compensation.

ARTICLE 8 - SINGLE SPONSOR

In the event that two people wish to become Sponsors of the same Referred Child, it is the one who will have communicated the contact details first, and who meets all the conditions in these conditions who will be able to claim the compensation provided for by the Ambassador Program.

ARTICLE 9 - SELF-SPONSORSHIP

Under no circumstances will self-sponsorship be accepted. It is also considered self-sponsorship of a person with whom the real estate transaction is carried out.

ARTICLE 10 - NUMBER OF SPONSORSHIPS

There can only be one Godfather per Godson, but a Godfather can sponsor several Godchildren.

The number of sponsorships is limited to 3 per year, the year running from the date of the first sponsorship giving rise to a bonus. 

 

Depending on the total amount of bonuses received by the Sponsor over the year, the sums received are subject to income tax. The Sponsor will be able to find out about his obligations via the link: Bofip of 09/19/2013: RSA - Tax regime for gratuities paid by third parties | bofip.impots.gouv.fr

ARTICLE 11 - COMPLETION OF THE PURCHASE

The remuneration is due to the effective realization of the acquisition of the property via the competition of Yves-Michel Verres. In particular, the acquisition will be considered effective after all the conditions below have been met:

- the signature of a research mandate between the Godchild and Yves-Michel Verres

- the signature of an authentic deed, before a notary, for the acquisition of a property carried out through Yves-Michel Verres within the framework of the search mandate previously signed

- the collection of fees by Yves-Michel Verres under the research mandate

ARTICLE 12 - RETRIBUTION OF THE SPONSOR

The Sponsor will receive compensation for a total amount of 600€ to the effective realization of the acquisition of real estate by the Goddaughter via the assistance of Yves-Michel Verres.

Payment will be made by bank transfer within 60 days of the signing of the notarial deed, subject to the prior receipt by Yves-Michel Verres of his fees.

ARTICLE 13 - PERSONAL DATA

Prior to any registration in the Ambassador Program, the subject of these conditions, the Sponsor declares and acknowledges having fully obtained the free and informed consent of the Referee to inform Yves-Michel Verres of his acquisition project and to participate in this Ambassador Program.
In accordance with the data-processing law and Freedoms n°78-17 of January 6, 1978 modified by the Law n°2004-801 of August 6, 2004, the Sponsor expressly authorizes Yves-Michel Verres to enter all the data which he has concerning him in the framework of the present, on computer file, to transmit the information to commercial partners, to carry out any publicity at its convenience, to do all that it deems useful for the purposes of execution of the present.
